Looks like Spectacle is taking on an extra Midnite Movie this weekend. I hoping it's to make up for wasting Friday night on Brown Bunny. Possession(1981), Andrzej Żuławski's cult classic will be bringing the weekend to a close in Williamsburg. Although difficult to classify, Possession is a horror/thriller/surrealistic nightmare that is often compared to such classics as Cronenberg's The Brood and Von Trier's Antichrist.
IMDB says - "A young woman left her family for an unspecified reason. The husband determines to find out the truth and starts following his wife. At first, he suspects that a man is involved. But gradually, he finds out more and more strange behaviors and bizarre incidents that indicate something more than a possessed love affair"
